Shipping times are calculated based off major metro areas. If you would like your package to be signed for upon delivery, please specify this in the ‘order notes’ in your cart.

International orders may be subject to the receiving country’s taxes or duties and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. Ru-ki Botanicals is not responsible for and has no control over these charges as well as any packages lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & Refunds


Ru-ki Botanicals accepts the return of unused and unopened items in their original condition with all original packaging in tact under the circumstance that the original receipt is emailed to within 7 days of receiving your items.

Items may only be returned for exchange or store credit so please specify the reason for your return and which new product you would like to exchange your order for in that same email.

All shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the order will be payable by the customer.

We DO NOT offer exchanges / refunds on products that have been opened or used under any change of mind circumstances.


If on the rare occasion for any reason your item arrives with a fault, please contact by emailing with imagery of the fault and proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods. If deemed to be a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be issued. In the case that the item cannot be replaced, a refund will then be issued.

Shipping costs associated with returns on faulty products will be paid by Ru-ki Botanicals.

Similarly, if your order has arrived and there are items missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement, at our cost, if necessary.

We reserve the right to use discretion when assessing damaged products and at all times may refuse to replace a product that we believe has been damaged due to some fault of the receiver or due to lack of attention paid to our storage instructions.
