A consultation will begin with a comprehensive case history, exploring your physical, emotional and lifestyle factors, as well as any physical assessments such as iris analysis, nail and tongue evaluation, or questions around blood pressure. From here we craft personalised treatment plans that blend evidence based herbal medicines, such as liquid extracts, tablets, teas, or topical preparations with tailored dietary advice and lifestyle recommendations to address the root causes of your health concerns and support your body’s natural healing. When needed, we may recommend pathology testing (e.g. blood work), functional medicine tests (e.g. gut microbiome, vaginal microbiome or hormone panels) or further investigations to ensure safe, individualised care. We monitor and support your progress physically and emotionally with follow up consultations, empowering you to achieve optimal health results.

Once the booking request has been received Maria will endeavour to respond as soon as possible to book in a time that both works for you and is available. From here, she will send through a new intake form, request copies of recent blood work, images of the symptoms in question (eg. skin break out) and secure your appointment with a payment request.
