Directions for use:

On the go: Add 1 tsp of Mellow Belly powder to cold water, smoothie, sparkling water or juice and consume 15-30 minutes before breakfast in the morning.

Pear & thyme mocktail: Cut a thin slice of pear and place in a glass with ice along with 1 tsp of Mellow Belly powder. Fill to the top with soda water and add a spring of thyme for a refreshing gut elixir.

How to use

Add 1 heaped teaspoons of powder to hot water, plant milk, smoothies, tea or sprinkle on top of your meals. Add a drop of honey or agave syrup to sweeten.

Love this mellow magic!!

I have been using the Mellow Belly from Ruki for the past few weeks before meals and it has been divine. Firstly I love the taste of this marshmallow and fennel treat so I look forward to mixing up a glass before sitting down to eat. Initially I felt it begin to shift things straight away with a little bit of unsettlement but this is how I knew it was beginning to do its job, since that I have found it to allow my digestion with meals to feel easy and gentle and I haven’t experienced any bloating when using this magic potion. I find it a super easy addition to implement that makes such a difference to how I feel after eating.

Bloat be gone

Happy belly !

When I first started taking Mellow Belly, it felt like an internal cleanse, and it quickly regulated my digestive system. I felt noticeably less bloated and lighter all around. I take it with water in the mornings and after dinner, and I absolutely love the flavour. If I feel like having something sweet, I put two teaspoons in fresh orange juice with some ice. It’s delicious! I highly recommend Mellow Belly for a happy belly :)

Makes a lovely drink

So many gut help concoctions I’ve tried over the years are unpleasant to take. Not this one. Mellow belly is easily dissolvable in water, tastes incredibly inoffensive, and makes my belly feel good. Wrapped to have met Maria and discovered her range.
