Directions for use:

Hot adaptogen latte: Mix 2.5 tsp of Shine powder in a bit of hot water in a mug and fill the rest with hot nut milk

Iced adaptogen latte: Add some ice cubes to a glass with 2.5 tsp of Shine powder in it. Fill with cold frothed nut milk. 

On the go: Add 2.5 tsp of Shine powder to your smoothie, chai or beverage of choice. I bring a jar to my local coffee shop and ask them to add the powder into my chai ;)
