Ritual:

Step 1: open the bag and take a big deep inhale to smell the herbs, form a relationship with them, say 'hello' and 'thank you'

Step 2: boil the kettle to 80°c 

Step 3: take a slow, deep breath in through the nose, hold your breath at the top for a count of 4 and breath out through the mouth for a count of 5, hold again for 4 counts, rinse and repeat until kettle has boiled 

Step 4: add 2.5 tsp of the herbs to a strainer / ball in your mug, steep in hot water with the mug covered for 3-5minutes

Step 5: enjoy your herbal tisane by the fire place, outside, barefoot on the grass, on the couch, in your bed, at your desk
